Shipping Policy

Welcome to Nutrificient SeaMoss! We specialise in the distribution of high-quality, Raw Sea Moss products. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery procedures, so please review it carefully.

1️. Delivery Process

Our delivery process includes a handling or production time, in addition to the transit time. Delivery Time = Handling time + Transit time.

2️. Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery times for domestic orders within the UK are estimated at 3 - 4 business days. For international orders to Ireland and most EU Countries, the estimated delivery time is 3 - 5 business days. For delivery times to the rest of the world, we aim for 6 - 8 business days. All international deliveries may vary based on the destination country and local customs processing.

3️. Handling Time

All the products undergo a packaging process, so there will be a handling time of 1 – 2 business days.

4️. Shipping Providers

We primarily use Royal Mail for our deliveries. However, we reserve the right to use other courier services as required to ensure efficient delivery.

5️. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates for standard tracked delivery are as follows:

UK (i.e. Scotland, Wales, England) = Free,

Ireland = £10.50, 

Most EU Countries = £11.50,

Rest of the World = £26.00.

6️. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Due to the perishable nature of our products, it's vital that we receive the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer can either choose to have the order resent or refunded, minus a re-delivery fee of £4.99. This fee also applies to orders that are returned due to the recipient not being available for delivery.

7️. Packaging

Our Sea Moss products are securely packaged to maintain their freshness during transit. We use vacuum sealed and eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.

 

8️. International Shipping

We currently only provide international shipping to Ireland.

9️. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

10. Disclaimer

As our products are fresh and contain NO preservatives, it is crucial that the items are received within the FIRST attempted delivery. After the FIRST delivery attempt has been made by the courier, we take no responsibility for the condition of the item received and would be unable to provide a full refund or replacement. If any items are returned to our facility that have been deemed undeliverable or local duties have not been paid, we will not offer a refund nor replacement item.
